《Words from the newly elected President of the 10th EMBA Student Association, Mr. Wang, Cin-tang》 101C Accounting Section, Wang, Cin-tang

First of all I would like to thank the faculty and the senior fellow students for your encouragement, support, and help.

The senior fellow students’ enthusiastic involvement in the Student Association’s election fully demonstrates high expectation on the function and value of the Student Association.

As members of the number one university and domestic EMBA, we can not only learn from the faculty and fellow students and enhance our occupational capacity, but also be the role models for our society and expand our influence among the society.

In the future I shall work closely with the members and partners of the Student Association and together we shall fulfill the politics proposed during the campaign, including pooling resources available from the senior fellow students to create values for the student body in terms of health care, business opportunity, job opportunity, and legal consultation.

At the same time I shall include care for the society and concerns about public policy in our efforts and plans as to fulfill social responsibility and expand social influence.

Finally, I hope that I can create core values and a system as sustainable heritage for the Student Association.

Two years of learning with the EMBA passes by swiftly, and one-year term at the Student Association will fly away before we know it; therefore I have been contemplating that creating values for the Student Association is the most important task, but what values to be created, what changes to be made, and what legacies to be laid down?

Assuming this position to which many consider it gets nothing but the heat, what really matters to me is not about the scope of achievement, but influence and change at any extent, if any is made, shall be worthwhile for my as well as the team’s efforts.

Thanks again for the faculty’s and senior fellow students’ support and encouragement; please continue to urge, support, and encourage me and the team.

Sincerely,

Wang, Cin-tang
