Dear NTU EMBA partners,

At last, it is coming. Here is important information for registering the 2^nd National EMBA Campus Marathon Relay:

1. It is an honor that the National EMBA Campus Marathon Relay is to be taken place in the NTU’s campus. We hope that in this sport event where the faculties, students, and alumni of the EMBA of all universities in the country will gather together, we can have the opportunity to learn from each other, and demonstrate our spirit of humanity by charity donation. It is also a good chance to enjoy the scenic views of the NTU campus. Charity fund raised through this event shall be donated to the Taipei Orphan Welfare Foundation (http://www.orphan.org.tw/), who is currently planning to establish the Lizejian Activity Center in Yilan to expand its depth of service. (This facility will be a place for camp activities and guidance training. More importantly, it will let children to experience growth and transition of life) Your generous donation will help sad and helpless orphans to grow up happily and healthily in love and warmth. The bank account for donation is the same as the bank account for registration fee.

2. Contest time and place: 8am – 12pm, Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013 at the track field, NTU Main Campus.

3. Night of Contestants: 7pm – 9pm, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 in Taipei City.

4. Disciplines of contest

（1）42-Km campus relay: Each school may register one team only (Team A). 

（2）21-Km campus relay: Each school may register up to two teams (Team B).

（3）21-Km campus relay Fun –run Group (of which result will be excluded): Number of team is not limited (Team C).

5. Registration time: Thursday, Jul. 18, thru 5 pm, Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013.

6. Registration method: Registration by mail only. Contestants’ affidavits are required. Change of team roster made after the beginning of preliminary meeting of team leaders will be rejected. 

For registration to be valid, please submit registration fee in full (please advise bank name and the last 4 digits of account number after remittance) before registration deadline (Aug. 18) after completing registration. Registration will be cancelled if registration fee is not paid in full or if registration procedure is not completed.

7. Brochure, registration form, and affidavit (Please see attachment).

       Please provide in registration form: order of run, name, gender, Citizen ID No., date of birth, student ID No., EMBA class, company name, job title, company phone No., email, clothe size, photo (image file), affidavit, and sport learning report.
