The “1st NTU EMBA Student Association President Cup: Golf Group Tournament” has successfully ended

All thanks to seniors’ enthusiastic participations and this unique fine sunny weather, the “1st EMBA Student Association President Cup” for golf has successfully ended in Hsing-Fu Golf Club! There were totally 166 seniors joined stroke this time, which has created an outstanding record of the NTU EMBA Golf gathering. I would like to represent the host, EMBA Student Association, to deliver our gratefulness to participated seniors.

This year’s competition was quite intense with 13 teams joined the event, including the year 2005, 2006, 2008A, 2009, 2010A, 2010B, 2010C, 2011A, 2011B, 2011C, 2012A, 2012B and 2012C classes. The top three winners are:

Gold Medal   Year 2012       Class C          Gross: 708

Silver Medal   Year 2008       Class A          Gross: 714

Bronze Medal        Year 2006      Allied Force   Gross: 733

(Remarks: The top 8 were selected from each team; 10 strokes were abated for girls)

Congratulations to the winning teams especially to the 2012C. As current student in the school, they have won the champion in this drastic competition and kept the Lungteng Award, which represents the best group performance, in school. It is truly impressive. Congratulations. All because of participant teams’ passions and cooperation, we have managed to enhance the interaction among classes and years of classes as well as the interpersonal amity. All of these have made President Sheng-Wen Lin’s set target “making friends by striking the balls and fully socializing in the circle” successfully reached.
