It is hard to imagine the sweet, lovely, and sincere Huang Shu-Jun, NTU EMBA Class 2010, as a superwoman in semiconductor business. She had won 2011 Hsinchu Area Outstanding Manager Award in Technology Management; she was the former president of International Semiconductor Output Statistic Association. With excellent achievements, she was guaranteed to own the future. However, as Huang climbed to the career peak, she left semiconductor business and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and Tokyo, to learn French cuisine and bakery, a great diversion in career to the outsiders. However, Huang was simply taking back her own life and realigning herself to her dream since childhood.

On a new track, Huang found her own brand, Choice. As dedicated as always, Huang applied all her skills again in bakery, including systematic market survey, product planning, and R&D she used to practice in semiconductor business, while focusing on nutritious and healthy cereal products as the starting line in her new career.

Catering to modern people’s awareness in health, Huang insists on two principles: taste and health. Her rich and full-body taste syrup us made with premium Japanese seaweed sugar, premium French Fleur de Sel, and brown sugar from Baoshan Township, Hsinchu. With persistence and cares, Choice Fleur de Sel Nuts and Oatmeal Chips has won the 2016 Monde Selection gold medal, a prestigious award also won by, in Taiwan, Taiwan Beer, Kingmen Gaoliang Liquor, and Coconuts Cracker. Huang, among 84 countries, is the only one who is granted interview to two chairpersons, and thus given Choice, a brand name form Taiwan, international presence. A truly dream comes true for Huang, who is courageous enough to pursue dream with hard working.
