Prof. Lichung Jen, currently resides in Taipei, is Director of Global Branding and Marketing Research Center at National Taiwan University(NTU), and as well as the Director of Master Program in Statistics and Education. He is the tenured Professor of Marketing at Department of International Business. He received The Best Marketing Professor Award from CMO Asia & CMO council, USA in 2012. Moreover, Professor Jen is Chairman of three associations including Taiwan Institute of International Business Studies (TIIBS), Chinese Applied Statistics Association (CASA) and Chinese Institute of Business Education Development. He is also the Head of Editor of Taiwan Journal of Marketing Science (TJMS). Professor Jen earned his PhD in Marketing in 1995 from The Ohio State University, majoring in Marketing Management (minor in Quantitative Methods). He has been involved in research projects and lectures ever since. Numerous well-known journals have published his researches and thesis, such as Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of American Statistics Association, Journal of Business & Economic Statistics, Marketing Letters, and Industrial Marketing Management, allowing him to be nominated as an awardee of the Best Thesis Award by Journal of American Statistics Association in 1999. He has also awarded grants from Taiwan National Science and Technology Council and published 9 books. Over the years, he advised more than 200 MBA theses, 11 Ph.D. dissertations, and provides consulting for more than 30 well-known enterprises including Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan, IBM, Cathay Bank, Ford Motor, China Petroleum, Panasonic etc.
