【Junior Analyst - Join a Leading Real Estate Private Equity Fund】

Riant Capital, a leading real estate private equity fund is currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to be a part of landmark development projects and deals, working alongside world-class hospitality firms and participating in exciting deal negotiations.

As a Junior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Acquisition and Asset Management Teams, covering both areas of expertise. This unique opportunity will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate investment lifecycle and make a significant impact across various functions.

Responsibilities as a Junior Analyst may include:

• Evaluating investment opportunities and conducting financial modeling and analysis
• Performing market research, data mining, and comparable sales/company analysis
• Assisting with lease analysis and reviewing annual business plans
• Participating in refinancing and disposition transactions
• Supporting the retail/hotel teams in underwriting and preparing presentation materials
• Drafting monthly reports and annual business plans for portfolio assets
• Coordinating with on-site property managers and processing lease agreements and vendor contracts
• Maintaining a research database by collecting transaction comps and filing research reports
• Assisting with other ad-hoc assignments as required
