tech-focused PE firm making growth and buyout investments. We have made some of Taiwan’s most high-profile transactions in the technology space since the firm was founded in 2016.

【Job Description】

You will be expected to support various firm-wide initiatives, perform analytical work in investment projects, and over time have the opportunity to develop yourself into an independent private equity investment professional. You are also required to work on transactions within multiple sectors across different locations.

Specific duties will include:

1. Collecting and analyzing detailed corporate and financial information, and conducting analyses on industries and companies in the tech sector

2. Participating in due diligence of potential investments

3. Supporting the development of investment theses and financial modeling

4. Preparing investment and meeting materials for deal executions

5. Co-working with senior team members in post-investment management efforts

6. Supporting firm-wide initiatives

【Qualifications】

1. 1-3 year(s) of work experience in the financial sector or master’s student expected to graduate by summer of 2025

2. Engineering background with financial fluency, or finance, accounting, or business-related majors

3. Excellent academic performance

4. Self-driven motivation, interest in investing, passion to learn, curiosity,

entrepreneurship and an aptitude for analytical work and creative thinking

5. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

6. High proficiency in financial modeling techniques

7. Good team player with exceptional communication skills and strong work ethics

8. Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Fluency in Japanese is a plus
