Patrick Lecomte
ESSEC Business School (Singapore), Asian Research Center

Patrick Lecomte is an executive director and a research fellow in the Asian Research Center at ESSEC Business School in Singapore. He specializes in financial innovation applied to commercial real estate. Over the last two years, his research on property derivatives has won numerous awards sponsored by the Fannie Mae Foundation, the Homer Hoyt Institute, the American Real Estate Society, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Mr. Lecomte holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University (England), an MBA from Columbia University (USA), and a post graduate degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine (France). He is currently completing his PhD in property at the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) and the University of Paris (France). He is a member of the Asian Public Real Estate Association, the Investment Property Forum (London), the American Real Estate Society, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and the European Real Estate Society.
