Responsibilities:
·Implementation or supervision of the accounting and tax related operations, which complies with internal requirements and government regulations
·Provide financial and analytical reportson regular basis to the CFO for decision making references
·Audit and supervise accounting-related jobs to improve the operations and achieve the company's overall financial goals
·Study and analyze the business performance, in order to provide accurate business analysis to assist the CFO for decision making, also serve as comprehensive financial proposals and track records of execution effectiveness to senior management
Academic Requirement: Bachelor or above on business, financial accounting or taxation related
Working year & Nationality : No special requirement
Working experience and expertise experience: experiences with CPA firms are preferable but not limited
Skills:
·Business analysis, financial management, budget management, accounting, tax, internal control and other specialized, problem analysis and solving skills…etc is preferable
·Strong adaptability, high resistance to stress, cooperative, ability to adopt changes and pressure quickly
·Sincere, high in integrity, positive, independent, good communication skills
Language requirement:
English: excellence in listening/ oral/ writing
Hindi: excellence in listening/ oral/ writing
